Hazel Daisies
At the fresh start of this century, a hazel-eyed girl named Cristi Rae set out on an “important” quest. She jotted down all the things she liked in life, in order to come up with a unique email address. Although many attempts were made to pair favorite things together, it was hazeldaisies that the email provider finally accepted. Since then, those two words have grown on her, and those who use them.
Why use those two words, again? Well…
Wikipedia puts it this way: “Hazel eyes may contain specks of amber or gold and usually tend to comprise many other colors, including green, brown and orange. Also, they are filled with flecks and ripples. The colors in hazel eyes are complex and often appear to change, depending on light.” Isn’t that a lot like us? Hazel eyes are a great representation of who I am, as a person. We’ve all got imperfections mixed with bits of supernatural sparkle, that make us exactly who we are meant to be. When in certain light, we become even more beautiful than we thought we were.
Daisies are forever. White daisies represent purity. They are simple, yet beautiful. They are my favorite flower and a great symbol of the growing love of Jesus Christ for each one of us.
Hazel Daisies is a place where I hope Jesus Christ shines through me to encourage and inspire others to grow. I believe He’s got purposes and plans for each of us that are as unique as the many aspects we each possess. He’s led me to write about the things I care about. I hope that by sharing these things with you, you might explore your own interests, desires and purposes. Let’s grow, together!

I really like this site, Cristi…you put so much effort into it! It looks like it has been around for a longer time. You are a really good writer and I will look forward to reading more of your thoughts. It will be so great when you come; can’t wait to talk face to face about things that are dear to our hearts!
Love you,
Magdalena
